Waterville Woodcraft is proud to offer a 10-year guarantee against defects in materials or workmanship. To take advantage of this guarantee, simply contact our customer service who will ask you to send back, postage paid, the product with proof of purchase. Upon receipt of the product, we will determine if the guarantee is applicable and if so, the defective product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Waterville Woodcraft, and sent back postage paid.

If the warranty does not apply, we will contact you with an estimated cost of replacement or repair. Should you decide not to replace or repair, we will return the original product postage paid.

Naturally, the warranty excludes damage caused by water, excessive moisture, accident, abuse or inappropriate use of the product, as well as color changes that are inherent to the wood or finished applied. This guarantee will be in force as long as Waterville Woodcraft Inc. manufactures this type of product. The sole responsibility of Waterville Woodcraft is the repair or replacement of the original product.
